Lindsey Shaw will reprise her role as Paige McCullers, Emily's girlfriend in season five.

AceShowbiz - Another lost character is back on "Pretty Little Liars" season 7. Lindsey Shaw will return to reprise her role as Paige McCullers, Emily Fields' (Shay Mitchell) girlfriend in season five of the teen drama series. She will appear in a couple of episodes in the first half of the season, beginning with episode eight, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Paige was last seen in season five. She left Rosewood to be with her family in California and escape the wrath of "A," ending her relationship with Emily. It's unclear how Paige is brought back into the fold. Considering Emily is now single, there's a chance that she and Paige rekindle their romance.

Paige is not the only character who has not been seen for quite some time and will return in the next season. It was previously confirmed that Tammin Sursok would be back as Jenna Marshall, and Brant Daugherty would reprise his role as Noel Kahn who knew Alison (Sasha Pieterse) was alive when the girls thought she was dead.

Meanwhile, Nicholas Gonzalez is added to the cast to play Marco Furey, a new detective in Rosewood who is brought in to handle open homicides. He will join Rosewood PD as Toby's (Keegan Allen) boss. Showrunner Marlene King said about the new character, "I told [Nicholas] that Mona and Spencer are probably the smartest of all the Pretty Little Liars, and he is their equal. He is the first cop that's come to town who could compete intellecutally with those two characters."

King also teased a possible romance between Marco and one of the Liars. "He is new in town and I will say that before he starts duty, he has an interesting encounter with one of the Pretty Little Liars - she doesn't know he's a cop at the time and he doesn't know that she's trouble," she said, "so it's a fun way to get to know him." EW has got the first look at the new detective.

"Pretty Little Liars" season 7 kicks off Tuesday, June 21 at 8/7c on Freeform.
