AceShowbiz - Madonna revisited her 1983 self-titled album when she made a stop on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon". The iconic superstar played a live rendition of her first hit "Borderline" during her performance in the Thursday night, June 9 episode of the show.
Madge took the dimly-lit stage in a black silky shirt paired with a striped necktie and a pair of baggy pants. Joined by a band and some backing vocalists, she put on a simple but very beautiful performance of her classic.
Madonna joined President Barack Obama as the only guests for that night's special episode, which was taped on Wednesday. That marked the commander-in-chief's first-ever visit to the "The Tonight Show" since Jimmy Fallon became the host in early 2014.
Meanwhile, the veteran diva made her last appearance on the show in April 2015, when she performed "B***h I'm Madonna" with Diplo, did a stand-up comedy and played "holiday" with classroom instruments.
Before the taping, Madonna got to meet POTUS backstage and took a photo with him. The "Like a Virgin" hitmaker, who stated in the past that she really wanted to meet President Obama, posted the picture on Instagram and said in the caption, "A meeting of the Leo's! A Cosmic Convergence!!"
Previously, she revealed how she felt when she saw the president in front of her. She shared a picture of her standing against the wall and said, "For Once I'm Speechless......... President Obama."
