AceShowbiz - To tide fans over its 42nd season premiere, "Saturday Night Live" has released a new video showing more stars auditioning for parts in "Star Wars: The Force Awakens". In addition to Emma Stone and Jon Hamm who were featured in the sketch that aired last November, Matthew McConaughey is featured in the bonus clip. The Oscar-winning actor tries to convince the filmmakers to cast him in the role of Lando Calrissian.
The real "Force Awakens" star Daisy Ridley is joined by Janelle Monae, played by "SNL" cast member Sasheer Zamata, during her audition, which turns into a dance scene. Vanessa Bayer impersonates Jennifer Lawrence who hopes she scores a role after she takes a tumble, Taran Killam plays an "average" Joseph Gordon-Levitt, and Kyle Mooney stars as an introspective Shia LaBeouf.
Emma Stone also appears again in the new video, joined by Beck Bennett as Javier Bardem who is eager to film a sex scene. The Black Eyed Peas, played by some regular players of the show, turns the hit song "Let's Get It Started" into "Let's Get It Star Wars". John Boyega auditions to be a black Stormtrooper who rants against his colleague, and Jon Hamm appears at the end of the video, shouting enthusiastically, "Put up your space hands, J.J. Abrams!"
