AceShowbiz - Though Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick are no longer a couple, they remain friendly. On Thursday, May 26, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star wished her ex, who turned 33 years old that day, a happy birthday by posting a sweet picture on Instagram.
In the photo, Kourtney was seen wearing a sexy zebra-patterned bikini as she straddled Scott. "Happy birthday baby daddy!" she captioned the throwback photo. A lot of fans also congratulated Scott while some of them suggested that the exes should get back together.
Earlier on the same day, the mother of three was seen stepping out with her kids without Scott. She was seen wearing tight white jeans and a white T-shirt teamed with a black choker necklace. She tied her hair up in a bun while sporting sunglasses.
She carried Reign while walking hand in hand with Penelope, who looked cute wearing a salmon-colored sleeveless dress. The 37-year-old took the kids to baby class.
Both Kourtney and Scott previously hinted that they're still on good terms, despite the fact that their relationship had ended. "She'll always be family to me and probably the person I love the most in the world, so even though we're not together, we're still close and it's still nice to be around each other," Scott said.
While fans speculated that the pair could get back together after seeing them spending time together, Kourtney addressed her relationship, saying, "Everyone relax. We have three kids together. We spend time together."
