The 'Pillow Talk' hitmaker took to Twitter to respond to Azealia for her disgusting rant against him.

AceShowbiz - Zayn Malik took to Twitter on Tuesday night, May 10 to respond to Azealia Banks for her racist rant against him. "@AZEALIABANKS why you been saying nasty things about me ? I wasn't talking about you lol ?" wrote the "Pillow Talk" hitmaker.

The Twitter feud began when Azealia accused Zayn of copying her video for "Chasing time" in his newly-released "Like I Would" footage. She started to insult him in a series of postings after the former One Direction singer shared what appeared to be his response to the accusation.

"No lies ... I see you reaching but I don't care. My @'s too good for you," Zayn posted, prompting Azealia to reply, "@zaynmalik dude, I make better music than you. Simmer down with that fake white boy rebellion and that wannabe beiber swag."

Following her rant, Azealia was dropped from her headlining slot at a British musical festival. Rinse FM, which had booked the singer to headline their upcoming "Born & Bred Festival", announced the cancellation on Wednesday morning.

Following the cancellation, Azealia took to Twitter to defend herself, clarifying the rude remarks she made about Zayn.
