Earning the title for the second time, the 47-year-old actress graces the cover of the magazine's May edition wearing a low-cut floral shirt and a dazzling silver ring.

AceShowbiz - Jennifer Aniston has been named PEOPLE's World's Most Beautiful Woman 2016, marking the second time that she has earned the title. Though it's not her first time, the "Mother's Day" actress admits that she's still surprised when she heard the news. "I thought, 'Oh my God.' There was this sort of very excited, teenage-y kind of moment," she says.

Appearing on the cover of the magazine's May issue, the 47-year-old actress looks radiant as she smiles at the camera wearing a floral top with a dazzling ring on her finger. Inside the publication, the wife of Justin Theroux opens up about her beauty secrets, her career and her relationship with her husband.

Jennifer shares that she feels beautiful when she's healthy and strong. "It's funny, it's a really quick transition from not a care and now all of a sudden, we've got to really be mindful of what we put inside our bodies. And how we sleep and take care of ourselves. You can get away with a lot in your 20s," she says.

She then goes on revealing her strategies to stay young. Jennifer admits that she started to take care of herself early in her career after an agent told her she didn't get a part because she was "too chubby."

"I was like, 'What?!' But my diet was terrible," she exclaims. "Milk shakes and French fries with gravy [laughs]. It was a good thing to start paying attention." Now, the actress mantains her body by exercising at least six days a week for about an hour each day and keeping her healthy eating habits.

Jennifer later opens up about her relationship with her husband, who always supports her doing a series of exercises. "He's a really kind guy, which is huge," she gushes. "He's the easiest person. I have great conversations with him. He makes me laugh - he's so interesting and so interested."

As for her makeup routine, she thanks her glam squad for teaching her how to contour her cheek and make her look more beautiful. "When I was in my 20s, my face was almost a complete circle. So I really needed contouring. And now I'm slowly chiseling away, wishing I had that round face back," she recalls.
