AceShowbiz - The first trailer for "The Girl on the Train (2016)" has arrived online for viewing pleasure. It shows Emily Blunt as a woman named Rachel who gets herself entangled in the disappearance of her ex-husband's nanny. "I am afraid of myself," she says with teary eyes.

Rachel is devastated by her recent divorce. She spends her daily commute fantasizing about the seemingly perfect couple who live in a house that her train passes every day, until she sees something shocking and becomes caught up in the mystery that unfolds.

Adapted from Paula Hawkins' 2015 debut novel of the same name, the movie is also supported by Rebecca Ferguson (II), Haley Bennett, Justin Theroux, Luke Evans and Edgar Ramirez. It's due October 7 in the U.S.
