AceShowbiz - Jenelle Evans is facing a 30-day jail sentence as she prepares for a jury trial in her assault case against Nathan Griffith's girlfriend Jessica Henry. The "Teen Mom 2" star will be in court on Friday, April 22 for her trial.
A source tells Radar Online that a video will expose Nathan's lies in Jenelle's trial. He previously claimed that he watched Jenelle throw a glass at his girlfriend, but according to the source, he will be busted if he sticks with that story in the upcoming trial.
"On the video that the cops have, Nathan is clearly heard telling them that he didn�t see anything because he was loading things into the truck," the source who has seen the video tells the site.
Jenelle has decided that she wants to face a 6-person jury in the case, which sources claim she believes is all part of a plot by Nathan and Jessica to force her to give up custody of her son Kaiser. Another source tells the site, "Jenelle thinks that Nathan is just using this to try and manipulate her in their custody case."
