Following reports that Ticketmaster refused to issue refunds before the tour's officially canceled, a rep for Live Nation says fans can use their tickets for the new dates or get them refunded.

AceShowbiz - Shortly after Janet Jackson announced she indefinitely postponed her "Unbreakable" tour, reports emerged that fans wouldn't be offered refunds. Multiple sources said that Ticketmaster sent ticket holders an email saying they wouldn't give fans their money back until Jackson's team confirms that the trek is canceled.
Everyone should relax now because promoter Live Nation has revealed that the tour would still go on, though it won't resume until next year. "The Janet Jackson Unbreakable tour in North America will be postponed until 2017," a rep for the company tells Us Weekly.
"New dates will be announced at a later time. Tickets will be honored for the rescheduled dates," the rep continues and then adds that fans who want their money back now can get refunds that are "available at the point of purchase."
Jackson's "Unbreakable" tour kicked off last year following the release of her latest album of the same name. She recently posted a video in which she thanked fans for attending the shows and announced her decision to delay the tour because she and her husband Wissam Al Mana "are planning our family."
"Please, if you can try to understand that it's important that I do this now. I have to rest up, doctor's orders. But I have not forgotten about you. I will continue to tour as soon as I possibly can," she continued. It's unclear what plans the couple has for their family, but many are speculating that she's currently pregnant.
