The Duggar family has been accused of scripting scenes as a man claims he was invited to 'play the role' of a man interested in buying car on the spin-off series.

AceShowbiz - The Duggar family of "19 Kids and Counting" has been accused of scripting scenes on their reality spin-off "Jill & Jessa: Counting On". According to Duggar Family News: Life Is Not All Pickles and Hairspray, an Arkansas man was invited to play the role of a man interested in buying car on the show.

An Instagram user shared a screenshot of his friend's Eric on "Jill & Jessa: Counting On". The unknown user wrote alongside the snap, "My LONG-time friend Eric ... on national (cable) TV debut on TLC some show I've new heard of called 'Jill & Jessa: Counting On'. P.s. He's the (old) guy on the right.

A commenter then asked, "Why was Eric on that Duggar show?" Eric then replied, "A friend of mine works on the crew and invited me to play the role of 'guy who wants to buy car.' The Duggars live and their show is filmed in this area of Arkansas (Fayetteville/Bentonville).

During that episode, however, Eric was portrayed as a random stranger who was interested in buying one of Jinger and her brothers' renovated, or "flipped," cars.

Representative for the Duggar family hasn't commented on the report yet.

This isn't the first time the family has been accused of scripting scenes. According to Radar Online, the family also did the same thing when they were filmed donating food to a needy family. One of the Duggar brothers allegedly took the box back and moved it into the group's own SUV when the crew turned off the cameras.
