While taking a break from filming the Netflix revival, Jared Padalecki and Milo Ventimiglia weigh in on the big superhero debate regarding who will win in 'Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice'.

AceShowbiz - We now get a first look at Jared Padalecki's Dean and Milo Ventimiglia's Jess back in Stars Hollow, thanks to "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice". Before you ask, let us explain how Rory's two ex-boyfriends on "Gilmore Girls" are related to the Warner Bros. Pictures movie.

As part of promotional efforts for the superhero flick, WB asked Padalecki and Ventimiglia to film a video in which they weighed in on the showdown between Batman and Superman in the upcoming movie. Standing on the set of the Netflix revival series, both actors said they're rooting for Ben Affleck's character, although Padalecki noted that Henry Cavill's Superman had a great advantage with his super powers.

"I think crazy vigilante versus alien that keeps off of sunlight, krypton or not, Batman's going to win," Ventimiglia gushed. Padalecki said, "I wish Batman will win," before adding, "But Superman is the man of steel."

"Gilmore Girls" revival also brings back other original stars like Alexis Bledel, Lauren Graham, Kelly Bishop, Scott Patterson, Yanic Truesdale, Keiko Agena, Liza Weil, Danny Strong and Matt Czuchry. Mae Whitman has just been added as a new cast member, joining Sutton Foster, but their roles are yet to be revealed.

TVLine reports that Whitman, who played Lauren Graham's screen daughter on "Parenthood", "shares a really fun (albeit small) moment with Graham that will delight 'Parenthood' fans."

Plot details are still scarce, but Rory will be "single" and "dating like any young woman with that face would be." Netflix has not announced a release date for the 4-episode continuation.
