AceShowbiz - While gearing up to release "Welcome to the Show", Adam Lambert teases his new song with this new behind-the-scenes video. The singer lets fans get glimpses of him recording the tune in the studio via the black-and-white clip he shared online Wednesday, March 16.
Lambert is joined by Laleh, who makes a guest appearance on the song, in the 36-second video. He's seen chatting with the Swedish singer/songwriter and performing the track in the recording booth. Fans also get to hear them singing some new lyrics which weren't featured in a preview dropped a few days ago.
"Welcome to the Show" will hit iTunes on Thursday, March 17, the same day the "American Idol" alum will return to the singing competition to perform it live for the first time. "I wanted to surprise my fans with a new, uplifting anthem for the spring," Lambert said of the song in a statement. "I feel this song will give people strength to be exactly who they are."
