AceShowbiz - Mandy Moore's alleged stalker Salahudin Moultaali was arrested on Friday, February 19 after returning for a third time in two weeks outside her Hollywood house. According to TMZ, Salahudin was ranting and raving outside Mandy's house.

The site claimed the guy is off the rails and always going nuclear at Mandy's doorstep. Police arrested the guy because a judge issued a restraining order keeping him away from the "I See the Light" singer. But after the second intrusion, The L.A. County D.A. decided not to pursue the case because of "lack of evidence." They were not specific as to what evidence was lacking.

Salahudin was taken into custody for violating the restraining order and felony stalking. His bail is set at $150,000. The D.A. still won't file a felony case. The matter is now in the hands of the L.A. City Attorney, who has yet to decide what to do.

Previously, Salahudin was arrested after making an unwanted visit to Mandy's residence earlier this month. At the time, the man was yelling at her doorstep, screaming profanities and attempting to leave notes for the actress. He was booked for felony stalking.
