Fey and Poehler try to help troubled sisters Ilana Wexler and Abbi Abrams avoid charges on their long list of crimes.

AceShowbiz - Tina Fey and Amy Poehler promote their upcoming movie "Sisters" while at the same time promoting Poehler-executive produced series "Broad City" in a crossover promo. The former "Saturday Night Live" alums and best pals appear as nuns who rescue Ilana Wexler (Ilana Glazer) and Abbi Abrams (Abbi Jacobson) in court in the clip.

"These girls are going to answer to a higher power," Poehler says to a judge. They teach the troubled sisters to pray, while Ilana and Abbi suggest that they make a movie together. "I don't think people want to see that many women talking at once. They'd just be like 'Ah, what are you yelling about?' Just look at 'The View'," Fey responds to the idea.

At the end of the video, the narrator jokingly notes, "Just to be clear, 'Sisters' the movie has nothing to do with the sisters here. I mean, who wants to see a movie with four sisters?"

"Sisters" starring Fey and Poehler hits U.S. theaters on December 18, the same day "Star Wars: The Force Awakens" is released nationwide. Meanwhile, "Broad City" returns for a season 3 on February 17 on Comedy Central.
