Following Tina's interview on 'Howard Stern Show', the veteran comedian took to Twitter to publicly admit that he regretted using the profanity.

AceShowbiz - Colin Quinn responded to Tina Fey's recent interview on "Howard Stern Show" in which she revealed that he was the one who used C-word to her. The 56-year-old stand-up comedian took to Twitter on Monday, December 14 to publicly apologize to Tina for using the profanity.

During the interview, host Howard Stern pushed Tina to come clean about the one who called her c**t on "Saturday Night Live". "You know, we've since made up," Tina said, before hesitantly revealing, "I love him so much... It was Colin Quinn."

Tina couldn't explain why Colin called her the highly offensive term. "I was trying to help him with a show that he was working on, and I think his anxiety about the writing of the show spilled over," said the comedienne. "It was very random. I was like, 'What?' He left me a message and said that."

"I couldn't even guess why. Usually if someone calls you that, you're like, 'I know what I did,' " said Tina, before explaining, "I asked Colin to be on '30 Rock' like three times after that and he turned us down every time." Howard then quipped, "Because you're a [C-word]!"

Following her interview, Colin admitted that he regretted what he did in the past. He tweeted, "Statement: It's all true. I have used profanity when I've been angry at people. When I was wrong ( as with Tina) I've said sorry to them."
