The actress reportedly claims in her divorce documents that she is 'in a new committed relationship', and 'planning to re-marry.'

AceShowbiz - Wedding bells might ring sooner rather than later for Morena Baccarin and her "Gotham" co-star Benjamin McKenzie, who reportedly are expecting their first child together. TMZ broke the report that the couple was planning to get married.
36-year-old Baccarin is in the middle of a nasty divorce with estranged husband, director Austin Chick, with whom she has a son named Julius. She, as reported by TMZ, stated in her legal divorce documents, "Today, I am in a new committed relationship. I am planning to re-marry. Also, I am 3 1/2 months pregnant."
Baccarin, moreover, claimed in the legal documents that she got pregnant with McKenzie's baby in June, which she claimed was after she separated from Chick. Much contrary to her claim, Chick insisted she got pregnant while they were still together.
News of Baccarin and McKenzie expecting a baby was first reported by PEOPLE last week. The twosome, who played on-screen couple Dr. Leslie Thompkins and Detective Jim Gordon on "Gotham", have never publicly confirmed their relationship. They, in fact, were spotted attending FOX's Emmy after-party together over the weekend.
Both Baccarin and McKenzie have yet to address the pregnancy and wedding plans reports. She, however, has been spotted sporting an apparent baby bump when seen on the set of "Gotham".
