AceShowbiz - Melissa Benoist is married. The actress who plays Supergirl on the upcoming CBS superhero series has secretly tied the knot with Blake Jenner, her co-star on FOX's "Glee". They reportedly have been married for several months now.
According to a scoop from Us Weekly, Benoist, 26, and Jenner, 22, exchanged wedding vows in late March after she wrapped filming "Supergirl". The ceremony was "very small with their families there." They traveled to Europe for honeymoon.
The actress did wear a thin silver band on her ring finger when coming to San Diego Comic-Con over the weekend. She allegedly told several people at the event that she had walked down the aisle. Her hubby, meanwhile, has been spotted wearing his ring since April.
The couple met on the set of "Glee" and got engaged in 2013. She wanted a "small and intimate and nice" wedding back then. They joined Ryan Murphy's series in season 4. Benoist played new Glee recruit Marley Rose and Jenner is one of her on-screen suitors.
