Kacey Musgraves Apparently Disses Taylor Swift on New Song 'Good Ol' Boys'

Although Musgraves refused to mention whom she talks about on the track from her latest album 'Pageant Material', she has said in an interview there's definitely a double meaning to the song.

AceShowbiz - Kacey Musgraves apparently has some problems with Taylor Swift. The country darling released her new album "Pageant Material" earlier this week, and among new tracks on the project is "Good Ol' Boys" that according to The Verge is a diss song aimed at the pop superstar.

As the site pointed out, the track features a line saying, "Another gear in a big machine don't sound like fun to me," which may be a reference to Big Machine Records, the label of Swift and some country music's biggest names like Tim McGraw and Rascal Flatts.

That's not all. Other lines presumably aimed at Swift are, "Favors for friends will get you in and get you far/ Shouldn't be about who it is you know/ But about how good you are."

Musgraves won't talk about the diss directly, but she has hinted whom she talked about on the song in a recent interview with the Fader. "I'm talking about a lot of different people... any industry has its shoo-ins and people that get in because they know somebody, or their dad worked here, whatever. But, yeah, there is a wink," she said, probably referring to Swift's dad who invested lots of money into Big Machine when his daughter started her career years ago.
