Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend exits rehab after over a month of treatment and now stays with his mother, Michelle Gordon.

AceShowbiz - Nick Gordon has left rehab after more than a month having treatment for alcohol abuse. "I can confirm that Nick is no longer in rehab," his lawyer Randy Kessler confirms to PEOPLE. Bobbi Kristina Brown's boyfriend is now staying with his mother, Michelle Gordon.

Nick checked into rehab in early March after having a volatile interview with Dr. Phil McGraw. Nick was "in an altered state of consciousness" and doing bizarre behavior during the sit-down. When asked by Dr. Phil whether he was sober, he answered "no." The interview then became an intervention when Dr. Phil questioned him, "You've been drinking a lot though, right?" and asked him to enter rehab.

Appearing with her mother in the interview, Nick couldn't hold back his tears when talking about his girlfriend, Krissy. "I miss Krissy and Whitney [Houston] so bad. I want them back," he said, before adding, "I hate Bobby Brown."

"He is very distraught over what is going on," a source close to Nick said when he checked into rehab in March. "He really wants to see her. He is upset about a lot of things: her being sick, him never getting respect [from her family]." Since feuding with the Houston and Brown families, Nick was barred from visiting Krissy, who has been hospitalized since January 31 because of irreversible brain damage.

Krissy, who was found face down unresponsive in a bathtub, was recently moved to a rehab center, but according to her grandmother Cissy Houston, she remains unresponsive. "My granddaughter Bobbi Kristina in the hospital and while she is no longer in a medically induced coma she has a tracheotomy and according to the doctors she has global and irreversible brain damage and remains unresponsive," Cissy said last week.

In other news, public records show that Nick cut a plea deal back in March 30. Nick was busted for a reckless driving and speeding in 2012. He was fined $705, given a credit for two days spent in jail and otherwise given a suspended sentence of 11 months and 28 days upon payment of the fine.
