'The Wonder Years' and 'Ally McBeal' Among 2015 TV Land Awards Winners

In addition to handing awards, TV Land Awards honored Betty White and the Osmonds, as well as paying tribute to the late Joan Rivers.

AceShowbiz - The 2015 TV Land Awards, taped at the Saban Theatre in Beverley Hills on Saturday night, April 11, witnessed "Ally McBeal", "The Wonder Years", and "Freaks and Geeks" among the TV shows that won awards. Besides, the awards show honored Betty White, Donny Osmond, and Marie Osmond in addition to paying tribute to the late Joan Rivers.

As for "The Wonder Years", it won the Impact Award, while "Freaks and Geeks" brought home the 15th Anniversary Award. TV series "Parenthood" nabbed the award for the category of Fan Favorite, whereas "Ally McBeal" won the Groundbreaking Award.

TV Land honored White with the prestigious Legend Award. She received standing ovation while making her way to the stage to accept the nod, and said during her acceptance speech, "To each and every one of you -- and your mothers and fathers -- thank you from the bottom of my heart."

The Osmonds, meanwhile, took the Pop Culture Award. And Rivers was saluted with commentary from George Lopez, who raved, "Joan was ahead of her time. Everybody loved her." The full coverage of this year's TV Land Awards will be aired on Nickelodeon this coming Saturday, April 18 at 9 P.M.
