Chloe, a former Playboy playmate, has filed a claim against the comedian, accusing him of sexually assaulting her at the Playboy Mansion when she was 18 in 2008.

AceShowbiz - Los Angeles Police Department will investigate sexual allegations against Bill Cosby made by former Playboy playmate Chloe Goins. Chloe and her lawyer Spencer Kuvin filed a complaint with the LAPD on Wednesday morning, January 14.
Chloe and Spencer later held a news conference outside LAPD headquarters. She kept mum and let her lawyer do the talking. "Ms. Goins is potentially the first victim to come forward now who we believe is within the California statute of limitations to bring criminal charges against Mr. Cosby," Spencer told reporters.
"She fully understands and accepts the immense responsibility that her decision to be here today carriers," he went on, "Ms. Goins and I are here for two reasons: for justice and accountability. Apparently Mr. Cosby feels brazen enough and confident enough in his actions to make jokes at some of his shows about the 25-plus women that have now come forward."
He added, "Miss Goins is certainly not joking. This is a serious matter involving potentially serious allegations of drugging my client and alleged sexual abuse. We hope that the people that are paying to attend Mr. Cosby's shows understand that these victimized women have broken their silence now and they will not remain quiet any longer. Mr. Cosby should and will be held accountable for what he's done."
LAPD Cmdr. Andy Smith also spoke to the reporters on the same day, saying, "We will take a report from anybody, and we'll initiate an investigation on any allegations of criminal misconduct. We're happy to do that, and we will push forward with an investigation on that case."
Chloe opened up about her story in an interview with Mail Online. She said she met Bill when attending a summer party with a female friend at the Playboy Mansion in 2008. "We were quickly introduced to Hugh Hefner and within a few minutes Bill Cosby walked out and [Hugh] introduced him as a good friend."
Chloe said the comedian then left for a while and returned with a couple of drinks for her and her friend. "I didn't even have the chance to finish my drink and I just really quickly felt very dizzy," she shared. Bill then allegedly offered her to show her a room where she could rest. The next thing she remembered was waking up completely nude with the comedian licking on her toes.
Chloe believed Bill had also been licking her breasts and all over her body. "I remember waking up and feeling moist all over, like he had been licking all over me," she said, "He wasn't on my breasts when I woke, but I could feel, you know, the saliva on them and that he'd been licking on me."
When she woke up, Bill allegedly jumped up, pulled his pants up and left without saying anything. "I felt embarrassed, it was a gross, icky feeling, I felt very violated and humiliated. I was scared, I was just 18 and he was an old man, I was not very sexually experienced and I didn't really know what had happened, it was violating," she added.
