Paul William Walker III claims the family of Walker's friend, who was driving the car that crashed, is in possession of 'numerous automobiles and other motor vehicles' owned by his son.

AceShowbiz - Paul Walker's father has filed a lawsuit against the estate of Roger Rodas, Walker's friend who was driving in a November 2013 car accident that caused both of their deaths. Paul William Walker III, acting as executor of the late actor's estate, is seeking $1.8 million from Rodas' family.

In the legal documents, Walker's dad claims that Rodas' estate is in possession of "numerous automobiles and other motor vehicles that are either wholly or partially owned" by his son. Walker III is demanding that the vehicles be returned and/or Walker's "proportionate share of any sales proceeds derived from the sale of such vehicles" be handed over.

Walker and Rodas, who were close friends and business partners, died in the tragic car crash last year. They co-owned the performance and racing shop Always Evolving in Valencia, California.

Walker will still be featured in the next "Fast and Furious" movie, "Furious 7", which is slated to open in theaters nationwide on April 3, 2015.
