The one half of rap duo OutKast adds a new verse about his special lady to the remix.

AceShowbiz - Big Boi jumps on the remix to Maroon 5's hit single "Animals". Debuted on Thursday, December 18, the new version features the one half of rap duo OutKast adding some hip-hop flavor to the Adam Levine-led band's poppy tune.

Big Boi appears with his new verse towards the end of the song. He praises his special lady, rapping, "I run my fingers over that cleavage like Im reading braille/ She's the leading lady in every one of my freaky tales/ Loyal and royal she earned her crown and throne/ Ride or die to the fullest/ A house is not home when she's gone."

The original "Animals" peaked at No. 3 on Billboard Hot 100. It serves as the second single off Maroon 5's latest album "V", which debuted at No. 1 on Billboard 200 following its release earlier this year.

Big Boi isn't the first rap act to have remixed the hit song. Back in September, Maroon 5 debuted the first official "Animals" remix featuring a new verse by J. Cole.
