AceShowbiz - Busta Rhymes was left with a head injury after he fell off stage during a recent concert in New York City. The rapper was a surprise guest at O.T. Genasis' show at Webster Hall. He had just started performing the hit "CoCo" while banging his head when he appeared to lose his balance and fell into the crowd.
TMZ later posted a photo of a huge gash on the top of Busta's head. With the help of two people, he tried to stand up with blood running down his face. According to the site, he was taken backstage to get the blood cleaned up, but he never returned to continue the performance.
Following the incident, Busta told his fans via Twitter that he's fine. He thanked them for worrying about him and added that he'd suffered much worse injuries before. "I SALUTE ALL CALLS FRM FAMILY AND FRIENDS MAKIN' SURE I'M GOOD. JUST 4 THE RECORD I'M SUPER GOOD!! WHEN U LOVE WHAT U DO AND UR PASSIONATE..," he wrote.
"AND UR PASSIONATE ABOUT WINNING U GO HARD!!! WE DONE FELL OFF STAGES AND BROKE LIMBS WHILE PERFORMING AND KEPT GONG!!! WE STAY ON LEVEL 10..," he continued.
"WE ALWAYS WILL BE ON 10!! WE JUST TOOK 1 STEP 2 FAR OFF THE STAGE AND THAT WAS IT!! S**T HAPPENS BUT I LOVE IT CAUSE WE LIVE IT!!" he added. "WE WILL NEVER STOP DOING WHAT WE'VE ALWAYS DONE AND THAT'S DOING WHAT WE LOVE!!! SMASHIN' & KILLIN' S**T!!! BLESS UP #THECONGLOMERATE!!"
