AceShowbiz - Idina Menzel is embarking on a world tour in the summer of 2015. The Broadway star, who shot to fame for voicing Elsa the Snow Queen in Disney's hit movie "Frozen (2013)", revealed the dates for the North American leg on her website and Facebook on Monday, November 24.

The 39-date trek is opening on July 7 at Altria Theater in Richmond, VA. She'll make stops in other cities in the U.S. and Canada including Philadelphia, Atlanta, Orlando, Houston, Seattle, Nashville, Chicago, Montreal and Toronto. The North American leg of the tour is closing out on October 3 at Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles.

Menzel is currently starring in Broadway's "If/Then". The "Let It Go" hitmaker recently released a Christmas album called "Holiday Wishes" which features her covers of holiday classics like "Baby It's Cold Outside" and "All I Want for Christmas Is You".

Fans were excited to know the 43-year-old songstress would be on the road. Her website crashed after she alerted her Twitter followers and Facebook fans about the itinerary. "You guys are amazing! Site crashed. Sorry about that but secretly happy you are excited about the tour new!" she said following the technical troubles.
