According to TMZ, the singer and his entourage allegedly caused ruckus on Friday, November 7 at the restaurant after they were told by the manager to move away from a female employee. The staffer said she felt uncomfortable because they were hitting on her.

A video from the incident surfaced on Sunday. In the 30-second clip, the group can be seen trashing the counter before leaving. The incident reportedly caused the restaurant $700 in damage. Police have made no arrest following the incident.

Jeremih's group, however, grabbed the mic and claimed that they were victims of racism. After the video surfaced, he addressed the incident on Twitter, writing, "I have traveled all over the world, and never have I experienced such blatant racism that occurred in Billings, Montana. That was an unfortunate situation that should have never happened."

In related news, promoters of Jeremih's show in Billings are working on refunds for disappointed concert-goers who paid $65 for VIP meet-and-greet tickets. According to Q2, the "Birthday Sex" singer performed just for 20 minutes and left the venue early. "Next Level Inc. is working to get all money refunded to the concert goers who purchased V.I.P / meet and [greet] tickets," read a statement released by Mitchell Promotions on Sunday.
