According to a new report, the music producer has filed a lawsuit against the 'Tik Tok' hitmaker's mom for allegedly fabricating the singer's sexual assault claim.

AceShowbiz - Legal battle between Kesha, formerly known as Ke$ha, and music producer Dr. Luke continues. The "Tik Tok" hitmaker previously filed a lawsuit against him, saying that she was sexually abused by Dr. Luke during the time they worked together and now he hits back at the claim.

According to TMZ, Dr. Luke filed a lawsuit against Kesha's mother Pebe Sebert on Tuesday, October 28, alleging that she fabricated the story as a part of a smear campaign so that the singer could escape from her legal contract. The producer claims Sebert got Kesha to spread lies about him abusing her. Sebert reportedly also extorted him and would continue to do so until he let her go.

Dr. Luke is now seeking more than $75,000 in compensatory damages and punitive damages.

Kesha filed a lawsuit against Dr. Luke earlier this month, alleging that he gave her a date rape drug and physically abused her among others during their decade-long partnership. The singer said she only reported the incidents now because he threatened to "destroy" her and her family.

Kesha, however, said in a 2011 court deposition that Dr. Luke, whose real name is Lukasz Gottwald, never gave her date rape drug. "Did you ever tell your mother that you woke up in a hotel room in Gottwald's bed and you don't recall what happened that night?" a lawyer asked, to which she replied, "I don't remember."
