AceShowbiz - Jake Gyllenhaal got support from R&B and hip-hop stars at the October 27 premiere of his newest movie "Nightcrawler". Beyonce Knowles attended the special screening with her rapper husband Jay-Z. She rocked a denim ensemble.
The "Source Code" actor was also joined by his co-stars Rene Russo, Bill Paxton and Riz MC as well as director Dan Gilroy. Another rap star 50 Cent was also spotted at the event taking place at AMC Lincoln Square Theater in New York City.
Gyllenhaal plays Lou Bloom, a man desperate for work who lands a job as freelance camera crew. He discovers the high-speed world of L.A. crime journalism and the cut-throat, dangerous realm of nightcrawling, where each police siren wail equals a possible windfall and victims are converted into dollars and cents. It will hit theaters in North America this coming Halloween Day, October 31 after premiering at the Toronto International Film Festival.
