AceShowbiz - The key roles in "Bus 757" have been filled up. Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Kate Bosworth, Dave Bautista and Gina Carano are new additions to the heist film directed by Scott Mann ("The Tournament").
Robert De Niro is already on board the action thriller as "The Pope" a.k.a. the owner of casino that will get robbed in a heist. Morgan's character is a father who is forced to steal to pay for his daughter's medical treatment. The casino card dealer recruits his greedy co-worker, played by Bautista, to rob the casino and hijack a bus full of hostages as collateral.
Bosworth plays The Pope's estranged daughter while Carano is a policewoman in pursuit of the hijacked bus, Deadline reports.
The film's script was written by Stephen Sepher and Max Adams. Principal photography will begin October 13 in Mobile, AL. Grindstone/Lionsgate Films will distribute the film.
