Some of the 'Blurred Lines' hitmaker's neighbors reportedly called the police after the R'n'B singer blasted loud music during a Labor Day weekend home party.

AceShowbiz - Robin Thicke reportedly was ticketed after music in his home party got too loud. According to TMZ, the incident took place during the Labor Day weekend. Sources at law enforcement office said some officers went to Thicke's pad after some of his neighbors made complaints of loud music.

According to the report, Thicke appeared to be drunk when meeting the responding officers and had "total disregard" to them. He reportedly lowered the volume but turned it up again when they left, so he was ticketed.

The incident apparently was the second report of noise complaints connected to Thicke which police received in a week. Another source close to Thicke, however, said that the "Blurred Lines" hitmaker had apologized to the officers following the report over the weekend.

Thicke has been staying low after announcing split from his wife of nine years, Paula Patton. Earlier this year, he even named his album after her in effort to woo her back. "The album is exactly what happens when you lose the love of your life and you're trying to figure it out in your head," he said in a radio interview in July. "How am I going to move on and get through it all? We just weren't happy together anymore and I still had so much I wanted to apologize for, and things I wanted to take responsibility for, so that's pretty much what the album's about."

Patton, meanwhile, made her first public appearance in six months at an HBO party following Emmy Awards. Wearing a sheer black dress, the "Baggage Claim" star accidentally flashed her nipple to other guests.
