The baseball player says he only wants to focus on the game after naked photos of him and his girlfriend Kate Upton were stolen and shared online over the weekend.

AceShowbiz - Justin Verlander doesn't want to answer questions about the leak of his naked photos with girlfriend Kate Upton. The Detroit Tigers player made the statement during a press conference on Tuesday, September 2 prior to a game against the Cleveland Indians.
"I'm not going to comment on my personal life," Verlander said, as quoted by The Associated Press. "I never have and I never plan on it. I keep my personal life personal. The focus for me is on the Detroit Tigers. I don't want to take any focus away from this team and what we're trying to accomplish. We're in the middle of a pennant race. We're trying to win a pennant and all of my focus currently is on doing whatever I can to help our team win our division."
"I know a couple of guys wanted to get some questions from me yesterday," he added. "Instead of everybody kind of sneaking around and getting questions at specific times, it's just easier to say, 'I'm not commenting on that. I'm trying to win a pennant.' I know some guys are probably getting a lot of pressure from other people to get quotes or whatever. I knew I'd be getting a lot of questions. This is it."
Many stars including Jennifer Lawrence, Kirsten Dunst and Mary Elizabeth Winstead fell victim to hacking and their naked photos were spread online on Sunday. Following the incident, Upton's attorney Lawrence Shire said he would "pursue" people behind the leak.
"This is obviously an outrageous violation of our client Kate Upton's privacy," the Sports Illustrated swimsuit model's lawyer said. "We intend to pursue anyone disseminating or duplicating these illegally obtained images to the fullest extent possible."
Victoria Justice, who previously tweeted that the nude photos of her were fake, released another statement on Tuesday. "Shortly after I tweeted about certain pics of me being fake, I was faced with a serious violation of privacy," she said in a Twitter post.
"There have always been fake photos of me on the internet, but I will not be put in the position to defend myself as to what is real or what is fake. I am angry at this massive invasion of privacy, and like the other women who are in this situation alongside of me, I am taking legal action to protect my rights," she added.
