Maroon 5 Announces 2015 World Tour, Teases 'Animals' Music Video With Blood-Filled Photo

The band will have 'Rude' hitmaker Magic! and Adam Levine's protegee Rozzi Crane open their upcoming world tour that starts on February 16 in Dallas.

AceShowbiz - In support of their just-released new album "V", Maroon 5 is headlining a world tour scheduled for next year. The Adam Levine-fronted band will play shows in 27 U.S. and Canadian cities before heading to Europe.

The tour is set to open on February 16, 2015 in Dallas. Maroon 5 will make stops in Houston, Atlanta, Tampa, Nashville, Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Toronto and Vancouver before closing out the tour's North American leg on April 3 in Inglewood, California.

The group will then visit the U.K., Netherlands, Germany, Italy and Spain starting from May 26 until June 17. Maroon 5 has enlisted "Rude" hitmaker Magic! and Levine's protegee Rozzi Crane to open their upcoming concerts.

"V", Maroon 5's fifth studio effort, was released on Tuesday, September 2. On Monday, the band promoted the album by playing a mini-concert on "Today" show. Taking the stage at the Rockefeller Plaza in New York, they performed the new LP's lead single "Maps" as well as "One More Night" from their 2012 record "Overexposed".

Later this month, the band will come to London to headline the iTunes Festival. The band is slated to perform on September 11 at the month-long music event set to take place at the Roundhouse in Camden.

In related Maroon 5 news, they are currently readying a music video for their new single "Animals". Levine has just teased the visuals with an Instagram photo of him and wife Behati Prinsloo being covered in blood while posing next to each other on the filming set. The Victoria's Secret model also shared the same image on her own Instagram account.
