The 'Austin Powers in Goldmember' actor showed off photos of his adorable kids for the first time and shared the stories behind their uncommon names during his appearance on the late-night talk show.

AceShowbiz - Mike Myers showed off first photos of his adorable children, son Spike and daughter Sunday, on "Late Show with David Letterman" on Thursday, August 28. The star of "The Love Guru" also shared to David Letterman the stories behind the uncommon names of his children.
Mike named his son Spike Myers after his father. He explained, "Spike is very common Liverpool nickname is your name is Eric." He added that he also liked Spike Milligan, the poet and comic. Meanwhile, he said he named his daughter Sunday Molly Myers because he and his wife Kelly Tisdale hated "Sundays."
He continued, "I'm not even kidding-and we wanted to turn it around and make it a good thing. Molly is because of my auntie Molly in Liverpool, England, who was my dad's sister but more like my grandmother who I love very much and she's my guardian angel."
He then went on boasting that Spike's "super funny." He told David of his three-year-old son, "He has a weird accent. I'm from Toronto-I have a Canadian accent-and my wife's from Boston, but we live in New York City. He has this weird accent." Mike then recalled the day he brought Sunday home, "When Sunday came home, [Spike] was like, 'Oh, this is great. Is she staying here?' I said yeah. I said, Spike, one day, Sunday will be your best friend. And he said, 'We'll see.' "
The former "Saturday Night Live" star then shared a cute story of Spike taking care of his 4-month-old sister. "I'll say, 'Baby Sister'-because he refuses to call her Sunday; it's always Baby Sister-I'll say, 'Baby Sister needs a diaper,' and it's like four feet away," he recalled, "And I said, 'Can you be a big brother and get the diaper?' And he goes, 'I'm on it!' "
The 51-year-old actor continued, "He runs over there and he does this thing as if it's really hard, and he [huffs and puffs]. It's all a bit! As if he had to go under barbwire, swim a lake, take enemy fire. It's like four feet away! He knows it's a joke, which is fantastic. I said, 'You're a great big brother, Spike,' and he turns around and goes, 'Just doing my job.' "
