AceShowbiz - Ariana Grande is only a few days away from releasing her highly-anticipated new album, "My Everything". To build excitement, the singer took to Instagram on Thursday, August 14 to preview another new track titled "Break Your Heart Right Back".
Grande recorded the song with Childish Gambino. "[It] is about a boy that cheats on a girl with another boy," she recently said of the track in an interview with Metro. "It's one of my favorites on the album "
"It's really funny because I believe it has happened to me. I'm not 100 percent positive, but I'm 99.9 percent positive. I would rather he cheats on me with a guy than with a girl any day! If I found out my boyfriend was gay, I would be like 'OK!' I'd be so relieved," she added, sparking speculations that one of her ex-boyfriends was gay.
She later clarified her comments on Twitter, saying her words were misinterpreted. "People loooove twisting my words lol. I never said 'my ex.' So don't trip. It was a a looooong time ago.... and it made for a great song," she wrote. "Just thought I'd clear that up before any unnecessary drama takes place haha."
"My Everything" is due out on August 25. It has been preceded by "Problem" featuring Iggy Azalea and Zedd-produced "Break Free".
