Daniel Radcliffe Doesn't Like His Acting in 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince'
Movie

The British actor admits it's hard for him to watch himself on film and he's 'not very good' in the sixth 'Harry Potter' film because his acting 'is very one-note.'

AceShowbiz - Daniel Radcliffe isn't easily satisfied with his work although it earns him big bucks. The Harry Potter depicter in the hit wizard movie franchise recently criticized his own performance in the sixth movie.

Calling the role a "blessing," he told the Mail on Sunday, "The moments I'm not as proud of, mistakes other actors get to make in rehearsal rooms or at drama school, are all on film for everyone to see."

He continued, "I never liked watching myself on film but I do make myself sit through it. I think it comes from not actually realising I didn't have to go to my own premieres and watch the film - that's something I've only just realised you don't have to do. I always went along and sat with everyone else watching the movie."

"And that's why it's hard to watch a film like 'Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince', because I'm just not very good in it. I hate it," he admitted. "My acting is very one-note and I can see I got complacent and what I was trying to do just didn't come across."

As for his favorite in the franchise, he said, "My best film is the fifth one ('Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix') because I can see a progression."

Radcliffe recently also cleared up rumors suggesting he's in the running to play a villain in the next James Bond film. "I think that's literally one of those things where... someone says, 'Would you ever play James Bond?' and I said, 'I don't think I'm really cast- able as James Bond, I'd rather be a villain' That then eventually turns into, 'Daniel Radcliffe has been cast as the next Bond villain', which is totally untrue," he said of how the reports might start.

Since the last "Harry Potter" film was released in 2011, the 25-year-old actor has starred in films "The Woman in Black" and "Kill Your Darlings", as well as headlined the 2011 Broadway revival of the musical "How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying". His next movies include "Horns" and "Victor Frankenstein".
