AceShowbiz - Former Disney star Orlando Brown has been charged after he allegedly made death threat against a woman last month. According to a report by TMZ, the "That's So Raven" star is charged with two counts of disturbing the peace and public intoxication for his rant. He may spend up to nine months in jail if convicted.
Police said that in a recording for the woman's 911 call, Brown can be heard making death threat. However, the L.A. City Attorney said there was not enough evidence for Brown to be charged with making death threat and they believed that the woman did not really fear for her life.
Brown's latest run-in with the law stemmed from an incident on Monday night, July 21. Back then, the police received a report of disturbance in a woman's apartment in North Hollywood. A man who appeared to be Brown can be heard yelling, "Tell them Orlando Brown is crazy, n***a! Orlando Brown is crazy, n***a! I'll kill you, your mama, your daughter- everybody, b***h!"
A representative for Brown has denied that the man in the audio was Brown. The rep also said that the woman was a stalker who had been "excessively" sending him text messages. Brown went to the woman's place to explain to her boyfriend that there was nothing between them.
