The two veteran actors who work together for the first time in 'And So It Goes' have an interesting chat which includes their kiss in the movie.

AceShowbiz - Michael Douglas has conducted an interview with his "And So It Goes" co-star Diane Keaton. As reported by USA Today, the stars' fun chat also highlighted their "awkward kiss" in the movie.

Despite their long career in Hollywood, the two stars have never worked together in a same project until the Rob Reiner-directed movie. "I did enjoy the awkward kiss," Keaton was quoted as saying. "I did. It was fun."

"Don't act so surprised. God almighty. 'I can't believe I actually enjoyed it,' " he responded half-jokingly. "I feel like I've known her forever. She's a treat and a half," Douglas shared his impression after working with Keaton.

Keaton was equally smitten. She downloaded a photo of her co-star from 1969 and showed it to him. "Look at that face. Isn't that the best? This face is so sweet and so open, and to me that's the essence of Michael? Look at that face and those eyes," she said.

Douglas plays a real estate agent in the romantic comedy, while Keaton plays his soft-hearted neighbor. Also starring Sterling Jerins and Yaya DaCosta among others, the flick is set to hit U.S. theaters on July 25.
