DiCaprio wants an online auction house to hand him a photo of him posing with the late South African leader, signed 'To Leo DiCaprio,' which is going to be sold.

AceShowbiz - Leonardo DiCaprio reportedly is considering legal action after he learned news that his photo with Nelson Mandela would go under the hammer. The actor apparently took a snap with the late South African leader when he was in the country for "Blood Diamond". The photo is inscribed with "To Leo DiCaprio, Best Wishes, Mandela, 4-8-07."

DiCaprio, however, never received the photo. It somehow ended up in an online auction house called Moment in Time. The company is now selling the pic at $25,000.

The owner of Moment in Time, Gary Zimet, told The Wrap that the company only possessed the image for a week, but he did not reveal the sources. He additionally confirmed that the company received a letter about the photo from the "Titanic" actor's camp, but they would not hand it to him for free.

"As I told his lawyer, he's welcome to buy it. It's the only way he'll get it," Zimet was quoted as saying. Zimet also told TMZ that he's "not concerned in the least" about the legal threat.
