BBC America gives the sci-fi drama another 10-episode run after the show hit series high in the second season finale.
'Orphan Black' Gets Third Season Renewal

"" will see a third season. BBC America has renewed its drama hit for another 10-episode run that begins in spring 2015. Production of the new season will kick off in Toronto this September.

BBC America general manager Perry Simon announced the renewal at Wednesday, July 9 Television Critics Association press tour at the Beverly Hilton. According to the network, the second season of "Orphan Black" was "the first ever ad-supported drama series to double its ratings from season one to season two in A25-54 and 18-49 in Live+7." The finale hit a series high with 1.376 million viewers.

Simon also announced on the occasion that the second season of ITV's "" would hit the cabler in early 2015. The second season will feature a new story and present new cast such as and . The mystery surrounding the murder of a boy has also been adapted by FOX as "", which premieres this fall.

In addition, BBC America revealed two new shows "" and "". The former is the story of two friends who travel from London to the South Pacific for vacation, but end up being sucked into a murder mystery. "Kingdom" circles around Viking invasion and the reign of Alfred the Great.
