is rumored pulling a gun on someone in Los Angeles. The cops were called to the scene and an Instagram picture shows them arriving with guns drawn. But the comedian already left before the law enforcement could question him.

The incident allegedly took place near the Comedy Store in West Hollywood early Wednesday, June 2 at around 2 A.M. Witnesses said that 40-year-old Williams threatened someone with a gun after he heard the person talking trash about him.

Williams "got involved in a verbal argument with somebody else up there and apparently that argument moved down the street where he allegedly pulled a gun on somebody," Sgt. Dave Valentine said. The cops are still investigating the report. No arrest has been made.

Meanwhile, Williams insisted he didn't threaten anyone. He told TMZ he was the victim, claiming that he was verbally and physically attacked by 4 gang members.
