AceShowbiz - Following the footsteps of NBC and CBS, The CW has unveiled the premiere dates for its fall programming. Just like last year, the network will start its season later than its rivals to avoid stiff competition.
Kicking off the new season on the teen-skewing channel is a two-night concert of iHeartRadio Music Festival that will air on September 29 and 30. "The Vampire Diaries" and "Reign" will return on October 2, while the highly anticipated new series "The Flash" will debut on October 7.
Another freshman, "Jane the Virgin", will launch October 13, while other newbies "iZombie" and "The Messengers" as well as returning series "Beauty and the Beast" and "Hart of Dixie" are saved for midseason.
