'Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1' Teaser Trailer Arrives Online

The anticipated teaser trailer shows Josh Hutcherson's Peeta looking stoic as he stands next to Donald Sutherland's President Snow.



The long-awaited first teaser trailer for "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay, Part 1" has arrived online. The clip, which is a Capitol TV propaganda advertisement, shows Josh Hutcherson's Peeta Mellark dressing in white while standing still next to Donald Sutherland's President Snow.

The first part of the third installment of "The Hunger Games" movies will find Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) in District 13 after she literally shatters the games forever. Under the leadership of President Coin (Julianne Moore) and the advice of her trusted friends, Katniss spreads her wings as she fights to save Peeta and a nation moved by her courage.

Directed by Francis Lawrence based on a screenplay by Danny Strong and Peter Craig, the film based on Suzanne Collin's book of the same title will open in theaters worldwide on November 21.

The second part of "Mockingjay" finished filming a few days ago. It's scheduled to be released in November 2015.
