Cher Confirms Collaboration With Wu-Tang Clan

's contribution to 's special album "" has been confirmed by her representative. As reported by Rolling Stone, the representative said that the 67-year-old singer and the rap group collaborated for two songs, but she worked on the recordings separately. "She recorded her parts separately, so I don't believe there was direct interaction," the representative stated.

Wu-Tang Clan's members have been working on the 31-song set for six years. The album, which will be available in one physical copy, will be sold to the highest bidder after being toured into various festivals, galleries and museums. In April, said that a fan offered $5 million for the special album.

A reporter from Forbes recently had a chance to listen to a preview for the album. Flying to Morocco from New York, journalist Zack O'Malley Greenberg became "the first civilian" who listened to the album. "That voice sound familiar? Yeah, it's a little bit like Cher," the group's collaborator and producer Tarik "Cilvaringz" Azzougarh commented.

During the meeting, Greenberg was also shown the album's container which was handcrafted by 10 artists led by Yahya. The album reportedly has been moved to another secure location after the video was shot.
