An anonymous British man alleges in a new lawsuit that the 'X Men' director and Broadway producer Gary Goddard inappropriately touched him when he was a minor.

AceShowbiz - Bryan Singer, who was sued over an alleged sexual abuse by a man named Michael F. Egan in late April, has been hit with a similar lawsuit by an anonymous British man. As reported by The Daily Beast, an attorney for Egan, Jeff Herman, filed the suit, claiming that the "X-Men" director and Broadway producer Gary Goddard inappropriately touched a teenager referred to "John Doe No. 117" in a hotel suite in London.

In the lawsuit, which Herman intended to announce at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Los Angeles on Monday, May 5, at 2 P.M., the British citizen alleges that Goddard at first approached him via social media when he was 14. Goddard allegedly told him that he was good-looking and there were some people in Hollywood and London who could help him with acting career.

When John Doe was 15, he and Goddard allegedly had naked webcam session. According to the suit, they later laid naked together in a hotel room and had sex when John Doe was 15 or 16.

The suit alleges that Singer and Goddard were "starting grabbing John Doe in a sexual manner" in an "after" after-party for the premiere of a "Superman" movie in a hotel suite in London. When John Doe told them to stop, Goddard allegedly brought a "large, musclebound man" who smacked the British citizen around.

According to the suit, John Doe "only recently became cognizant that he has suffered psychological and emotional injuries, mental anguish and loss of enjoyment of life as a result of the Defendants' sexual acts. Such injuries are severe, continuing, and permanent." The suit also says that Singer and Goddard violated the law by traveling to another country for "illicit conduct with a minor."

The "X-Men: Days of Future Past" director's lawyer Marty Singer has said that the new allegations are "totally untrue." He states, "After the substance of Mr. Herman's previous defamatory and fabricated filing in Hawaii was disproved based on unassailable evidence, Mr. Herman's desperation has led him to fabricate these new anonymous accusations against Mr. Singer, which we will also prove to be completely false."

"It is time for the media and public to focus their attention on Mr. Herman's nefarious motives and tactics which seem to be driven solely by his need to shake down an innocent man like Bryan Singer. We intend to seek sanctions against Mr. Herman for his reckless, unethical behavior," he adds.

A lawyer for Goddard also has released a statement denying the allegations. "It is a shame that the specious claim made by Herman in the Egan case has resulted in this new claim that we note is over 10 years old. For now we will say the claims are denied and Gary will vigorously defend," Alan Grodin says in an e-mail.
