'Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales' which will be the fifth installment in the adventure of Johnny Depp's Jack Sparrow hasn't been approved just yet.

AceShowbiz - "Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales" hasn't got approval to move forward just yet. Although the movie has eyed a summer 2016 release and casting report has swirled on the internet, Disney's CEO Bob Iger insists the film hasn't been greenlighted. It's revealed during a stakeholder meeting in Portland, Ore.
"Pirates of the Caribbean 5" was originally set for July 10, 2015 before being moved back a year to 2016. The delay was caused by script issues. "It was too expensive but it was also really complicated and hard to follow," producer Jerry Bruckheimer said of the screenplay which was written by Jeff Nathanson ("Men in Black 3").
Johnny Depp is expected to reprise his role as the eccentric pirate. Christoph Waltz is reportedly in talks to play the main baddie. Due to Orlando Bloom and Keira Knightley's exit from the franchise, two young Brits from farming families are allegedly added to fill in for Bloom and Knightley's characters from the initial trilogy.
