AceShowbiz - Warner Bros. has found its Peter Pan for their new take on the famous story of a boy who never grows up. Young actor Levi Miller, the star of TV series "Terra Nova", is tapped to play the lead role in "Pan (2015)" which will be directed by Joe Wright.
The feature film due July 17, 2015 will revolve around the untold origin story set during World War II when Peter Pan was kidnapped by pirates and brought to Neverland. He and Captain Hook were still close before they got estranged later.
Garrett Hedlund is expected to play Hook, Hugh Jackman will portray Blackbeard, Rooney Mara is attached to take on the role of Native American princess Tiger Lily, and Adeel Akhtar is tapped to play Smee, Hook's right-hand man.
