Mac Miller Premieres 'Avian' Music Video

February 17, 2014, 8:57 am GMT

The clip features an old man lip-syncing the track while walking through a purple forest, sitting around some purple-clad young ladies and meditating in front of a pool.

Mac Miller has debuted the music video for his track entitled "Avian". Directed by Rex Arrow Films, the three-minute visuals centers on an elderly Buddhist, played by actor Wayne Donowho, who lip-syncs the song.

While he pretends to rap lines that include "I might know some dyke hoes who can fight though," the old man can be seen wandering through a purple forest, sitting around some purple-clad young ladies and meditating in front of a pool. Miller doesn't make an actual appearance in the clip.

"Avian" is a track that was produced by Miller himself, under the pseudonym Larry Fisherman. It's featured in "Watching Movies With the Sound Off", the star's latest studio effort that peaked at No. 3 on Billboard 200 after being released on June 18, 2013 via Rostrum Records.

In late January, Miller announced that he had parted ways with the record label after his four-year contract expired. "Rostrum is my family. That is forever," the Pittsburgh MC said about the split. "No matter what, we will always work together. We moved mountains and I can only see them continuing that tradition. I am grateful for everything I learned and am always here for whatever."
