The 'Big Bang Theory' star will make his 'SNL' debut in a March 1 episode with Beck as the musical guest.

AceShowbiz - "Saturday Night Live" will return on March 1 with Jim Parsons as the host. The Sheldon Cooper of "The Big Bang Theory" is set to make his "SNL" debut in the first episode without Seth Meyers, who bid farewell to the show on February 1.

The three-time Emmy Award winner will be joined by Beck, who will return for his seventh appearance as musical guest. The alternative rock singer/songwriter will be promoting his upcoming album "Morning Phase", which is due out February 25.

The upcoming new episode will also mark Colin Jost's debut as a "Weekend Update" co-anchor. He will sit behind the desk with Cecily Strong, replacing Meyers who will begin hosting "Late Night with Seth Meyers" on Monday, February 24.
