According to a source, the 'Vampire Diaries' actress and the 'Hunger Games' star are joined by a group of friends while hanging out at the bar called Corner Tavern.

AceShowbiz - Nina Dobrev reportedly was seen kissing Liam Hemsworth during a recent night out, sparking speculations whether they were in relationship. Celebuzz reports that the pair went to a bar called Corner Tavern in Edgewood, Atlanta on Friday night, February 7 and a source said that the two shared good night kisses while parting.
"They were there together and were with a couple other friends," Jahti Anderson told the site, adding that Dobrev and Hemsworth "were having a great time" and "definitely acting couple-y." Anderson continued, "They were drinking beers and mostly standing and talking near the bar. They stayed around two to three hours and Nina left before Liam, and as she was leaving they gave each other a good night kiss... [and] she ran off into a car service with her friend."
"The kisses were on the lips publicly outside of the bar... and it was three sensual kisses on the lips," the onlooker said of the kisses. "They stuck together pretty much the whole time, but I think Nina got sick of pics [from fans] because Liam was the highlight so to speak."
In a photo posted on Twitter by a fan, the "Paranoia" star is seen wearing a white t-shirt while talking to a long-haired woman who is reported to be the star of "The Vampire Diaries". The photo shows the woman wearing a plaid shirt with her back facing the camera.
Another eyewitness, however, told E! News that the outing "didn't seem like a date" and "there was no PDA going on." The source continued saying that Hemsworth "left about a $100-$150 tip" and was "a really nice guy to everyone."
