'Million Ways to Die in the West' Releases Character Posters
Movie

Charlize Theron gives her 'smoking gun' pose, Amanda Seyfried is the 'gold digger,' Seth MacFarlane is the meek farmer, and Neil Patrick Harris is the ladies man.

AceShowbiz - At least seven character posters for Seth MacFarlane's western comedy "A Million Ways to Die in the West" have been unleashed. Charlize Theron is the "smoking gun," Amanda Seyfried is the "gold digger," Farlane is the "black sheep," and a mustached Neil Patrick Harris is the "lady tickler."

Sarah Silverman channels her inner "Westward ho" in another picture, while Giovanni Ribisi is in the "virgin territory" and Liam Neeson is "hung like an outlaw" in the other two posters.

MacFarlane plays a farmer named Albert who chickens out of a gunfight and sees his fickle girlfriend leaving him for another man. When he meets the wife of a notorious outlaw who offers to teach him how to shoot, the farmer sees a chance to win back his love but he slowly falls for the woman. Complications ensue when the outlaw returns and reclaims his woman.

Like his multiple duties in 2012 comedy hit "Ted", MacFarlane will also direct, co-produce and co-write this upcoming cowboy movie. The flick is planned for a May 30 release in the United States.
